The island of Brač is off the coast of Dalmatia. The nearest airport is Split. Brač can be reached from the mainland by ferry. The island’s main ferry port, with connections to Split and other destinations, is in Supetar, about 30 minutes from Tiha Mala.

During the peak travel season there are train connections from Vienna via Zagreb to Split, as well as night trains from Vienna to Split.

During the peak travel season there are bus connections (e.g. Flixbus) from Vienna to Split several times a day.

By plane
During the peak travel season there are flight connections from Vienna to Split and directly to Brač Airport. From Split airport you can take a shuttle bus or a regular bus connection to the Split ferry port or a boat taxi directly to Tiha Mala.
